Join Our Growing Team

Elite Auto Lift is expanding across San Diego County. We're building a team that brings engineering knowledge to automotive lift service and sales.

Engineer-Founded and Expanding

Founded in 2023 by a mechanical engineer who saw that most lift service followed troubleshooting charts rather than understanding hydraulic systems and structural mechanics. We now run field technicians and a sales team serving commercial shops, dealerships, fleet facilities, and government installations throughout San Diego County and North County.

We're expanding to meet demand for lift service that actually diagnoses problems instead of replacing parts based on symptom lists. As we grow, we're looking for people who want to work with someone who understands the engineering, not just manage inventory and schedule calls.

Why Work Here

Engineer-Led Work

Varied Work Environments

Commercial shops, dealership service departments, fleet maintenance facilities, and government installations. Every site has different equipment, different requirements, and different technical challenges.

Technical Depth

Hydraulics, heavy mechanical equipment, industrial systems, and structural assessment. If you have background in any of these areas, you'll use it.

Support for Certification

Company supports technicians in pursuing professional certifications including lift inspector certification. Grow your credentials while building real-world expertise.
