Mechanical engineer and entrepreneur. B.S.M.E., University of Tehran. A decade in automotive lift and hydraulic systems before founding Elite Automotive Shop Equipment in 2023 and growing it into a team serving shops, dealerships, and government facilities across Southern California.
Deeply engaged in the engineering behind the work — and still on the job site alongside his technicians.

Negin Rajaipour, MD
Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer
U.S. Navy veteran and physician-entrepreneur. Negin holds a B.S. in Mathematics Applied Science with a minor in Chemistry from UC San Diego.
At Elite Automotive Shop Equipment she owns strategy and marketing end to end — brand positioning, the company's digital presence and website, content and SEO, lead generation systems, and go-to-market strategy. She built the company's web platform and search presence from the ground up, and drives growth into government, military, and fleet markets across Southern California.
