1. Who We Are

Elite Automotive Shop Equipment LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates under the registered DBA "Elite Lift Services" and provides automotive lift installation, repair, inspection, and equipment sales services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

The Company provides:

  • Emergency lift repair services
  • Automotive lift installation
  • Annual safety inspections
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Hydraulic system service and parts
  • Equipment sales (new and refurbished lifts)

3. Service Terms

Emergency Service

Emergency service requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis subject to technician availability. "Same-day service" refers to our commitment to respond same-day when capacity allows, not a guaranteed service-level agreement.

Inspections

Safety inspections are performed according to industry standards and OSHA requirements. Equipment that fails inspection will be documented. The Company is not responsible for operational downtime resulting from equipment that does not pass inspection.

Equipment Sales

Equipment orders require a deposit. See our Refund Policy for deposit terms. Installation scheduling is subject to equipment delivery timelines and site preparation requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. The Company accepts check, cash, and credit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions.

Equipment orders require a deposit as specified in the sales agreement. Final payment is due before or upon delivery unless financing terms have been arranged.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. The Company is not liable for consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or equipment downtime.

Equipment installed or serviced by the Company must be operated according to manufacturer specifications. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines.

6. Warranty

Labor warranty terms are provided at time of service. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. The Company will facilitate warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
